The Acquisition Analysts is a mid-level position with responsibility for analyzing financial and business attractiveness of different real estate acquisition opportunities. They also perform analytics, management reporting and valuation updates for the portfolio for real estate investment funds, REITS, other real estate investors and developers. The analyst may work on apartment (multi-family, office, retail or industrial property types) with primary responsibilities as outlined below.

Asset Management

  • Maintain and execute complex cash flow projection model (in Excel) including operations, acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, leasing and all other company cash flow variables
  • Provide support and work to maximize and monitor the ongoing financial performance of a commercial real estate portfolio
